Make the 2026 Women's Conference possible: From Abya Yala to Kurdistan, we are weaving the future

In February 2026, around 500 women will travel to Bogotá from different towns and cities in Abya Yala (or Latin America) to make this powerful Conference of the Women Weaving the Future Network possible, which we are organizing hand in hand with the free women of Kurdistan. This space is created to bring forth all the wisdom of women, which has been buried for centuries, to build a more beautiful, free society, according to our dreams. Mother Earth is grateful for this gathering because we are doing it to protect her from depredation while giving life to a joint path for the defense of our bodies and our territories.

Preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner for hundreds of mouths, including their children; paying for lodging or plane tickets for a few; ensuring translation to communicate among the many languages that will be present; gathering enough educational materials to read about the journey of our ancestors, understand the historical task we have, and draw the future... All of these are million-dollar costs that we are approaching with your contributions.

Haz posible la Conferencia de Mujeres 2026: Desde Abya Yala a Kurdistán, tejemos futuro

Si crees que otro mundo es posible, con las mujeres en el centro, apoya este poderoso encuentro de mujeres diversas del Abya Yala!

En febrero de 2026, cerca de 500 mujeres viajarán a Bogotá desde distintos pueblos y ciudades de Abya Yala (o Latinoamérica) para hacer posible esta poderosa Conferencia de la Red de Mujeres Tejiendo Futuro, la cual caminamos de la mano de las mujeres libres del Kurdistán. Un espacio impulsado para que brote toda la sabiduría de las mujeres, que ha estado enterrada durante siglos, y que hace posible una sociedad más bonita, libre y del tamaño de nuestros sueños. La Madre tierra agradece este encuentro porque lo hacemos para cuidarla de la depredación mientras damos vida a un camino conjunto para la defensa de nuestros cuerpos y nuestros territorios.

Montar una olla al desayuno, al almuerzo y a la comida para cientos de bocas, y sus hijos; pagar el hospedaje o los boletos de avión de unas cuantas; aterrizar una ruta de traducción para comunicarnos entre los tantos idiomas que estarán presentes; reunir los materiales pedagógicos suficientes para leer el recorrido de nuestras ancestras, comprender la tarea histórica que tenemos y dibujar el futuro... Todos estos son costos millonarios a los que nos acercamos con tus aportes.
